LADIES FINGER-POTATO FRY

INGREDIENTS:


1. Potato – 2 cut into small pieces.

2. Ladies finger – ¼ kg cut into small pieces.

3. Onion – 1 medium-sized chopped.

4. Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp.

5. Coriander powder – 1 tbsp.

6. Green chillies – 3.

7. Pepper powder – 1 tbsp.

8. Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp.

9. Salt.

10. Oil.


METHOD:


Deep fry both ladies finger and potato separately. Drain the excess oil with a paper towel and keep this aside. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, once it splutters, add chopped onion, green chillies and saute them. Then add fried ladies finger and potato, then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and mix them well and saute them for 2 mins. Serve this with rice.
